Return Policy

Lomasiiva requires customers to start a return through the website footer or a direct link, then wait for authorization before sending any item back. Once authorized, the product must be mailed within 30 days using a tracked and insured shipment. Unopened, uninstalled items in their original condition are eligible for a refund after a 20% restocking fee and the buyer’s return‑shipping cost. Open‑box products incur a 30% restocking fee, and used, special order, or custom items are not refundable. International orders cannot be returned, and all refunds are processed after inspection, subject to a small processing charge.
