Sterling silver cuffs can be gently bent to adjust the gap (up to 2 times). Hold the cuff with both hands and apply slow, even pressure — never twist. If you are nervous about adjusting it yourself, any local jeweler can do it for a small fee. We do not recommend resizing inlay cuffs (Zuni stone-on-stone work) at home. — LomaSiiva
